Located on the beautiful French Riviera, overlooking the wonderful Mediterranean Sea, Cannes is a glamorous destination not just because of the Film Festival held there annually. After Paris and Nice, Cannes seemed like the natural choice of city for Kidmoto to kickstart operations in. 

As of 2026, Kidmoto is now available in Paris, Nice, and Cannes in France, and we’re happy to say that we will be starting operations in several other French cities very soon.

The Kidmoto Story: Serving the Underserved  

Kidmoto was founded in 2017. The company operated through a mobile application where parents could key in their travel details, including their flight number, and the App would match them to a Kidmoto driver who would track the flight and arrive on time at the airport for pick up or drop off. 

The best part was that parents could ask for as many car seats as they had children on board, and the drivers would pre-install car seats that were age-appropriate for each child. Kidmoto was the first company to offer rear-facing and booster seats for children. 

Today, Kidmoto has grown in popularity since other competitors were not interested in catering to this niche sector. 

The company thrived in the USA and is now available in 100+ cities worldwide. From Tokyo in the Far East to LA in the West, and Sydney in the South and Oslo in the North, Kidmoto serves the world. 

Kidmoto addresses a real challenge in family airport travel: car services don’t offer pre-installed child car seats. The Kidmoto app connects families traveling with children to drivers who provide rides equipped with proper child car seats, operating as a global ride platform.
