5. Fashion District Philadelphia Light Show
The light show at Fashion District Philadelphia opened in September. It will celebrate its first holiday season this year. The place will present an inaugural light show. There will be a 45-foot tall Christmas tree. It will actually be a floating tree with a lot of huge stainless steel decorations.
The light show will be synchronized with the music of the Philly POPS. It will be a five-minute show that will run every 30 minutes. The show starts at 4 p.m. and will continue its runs until closing time.
6. Dickens Village
The Dickens Village is a life-like replica of the Dickens Village of the “A Christmas Carol” story by Charles Dickens. This time, it is re-created on a 6,000 square foot space at Macy’s Philadelphia. You can actually walk through the whole “village” just like you would do in real life.
