DISCLOSURES

- Tolls & Surcharges are not included in price estimate
- Every trip is quoted individually
- Airport pickups are tracked for delays or early arrivals.
- Price estimates include a 15% to 20% driver gratuity
- AM Traffic Surcharge is 5am – 9am EST
- PM Traffic Surcharge is 3pm – 7pm EST
- Early AM Surcharge is 12am – 5am EST
- Please notify us if your child gets carsick
- Cleaning fees are charged on the severity of the cleanup
- There is a $20 charge for each additional stop made during a trip
- Additional fee for cruise port charges applies.
- Your card will incur a pre-authorization 24 hours before your ride and charged after it is completed.
- NYC Congestion Pricing is $0.75 below of 60th Street paid to NYS.
- A late booking fee of $30 will be applied to your fare if a ride is booked within 12 hours (NY, NJ,ORL) or 24 hours (All other cities).
- A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged if you cancel your ride less than 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time.
AIRPORT MEET AND GREET
- The extra charge applicable for airport fees or parking.
- Driver will meet you INSIDE terminal & outside of arrivals area
WAITING TIME
- WAITING TIME is $1 per minute
- Airport Waiting time starts after 30 minutes of landing time for domestic flights
- Airport Waiting time starts after 60 minutes of landing time for international flights
- General non-airport pickup waiting time starts after 15 minutes for scheduled reservation
- Price Quoted is relative to traffic conditions
RESCHEDULING
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify our support team of flight/itinerary changes. The passenger may email our customer service at support@kidmoto.taxi at any time. (Rescheduling of a reservation is subject to availability)
- If we are able to accommodate your changed plans, a rescheduling fee of $20 on top of the quoted rate for your reservation will be charged, UNLESS you reschedule 24 Hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup time.
- If we are unable to accommodate your changed plans, your reservation will be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.

EXCESS LUGGAGE DISCLAIMER
Kidmoto drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the passenger’s luggage exceeds the safe carrying capacity of the assigned vehicle. This policy is in place to ensure safety, legal compliance, and to avoid vehicle damage. We strongly encourage customers to accurately report the number and size of luggage items at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in service denial without refund.
